The last few nights my legs from knee to ankle area have been hurting. During the day it is more like an ache but at night it hurts so much that I have to take Ibuprofen to fall back to sleep. I am 61 years old and only take meds for High Blood pressure and Prozac. I have been diagnosed with slight arthritis in my right shoulder and hip but otherwise I consider myself healthy (well losing 40 pounds wouldn t hurt).
