General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You need some self-care for treating klippel fell syndrome. Activity modification. Ice and / or heat therapy. Applying a chilly pack or ice may lower inflammation and pain, different pillow types. Back brace and/or cervical collar. Depending on the amount of spinal deformity, take non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication, physical therapy. I suggest you consult with rheumatologist for severe arthritis.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
