Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
Kidney stones are managed on the basis of their size and location.
Initially, when the stones is very small less 3 mm it is managed conservatively.
If the stone is larger in size larger than 6 mm, it is managed surgically.
The location of the stones is also important whether in kidney or in the ureter.
Since, you have multiple (seven stones, surgical measures will be required.
The definitive management will be determined by your urologist after relevant investigations.
Thus, consult your urologist for further work up.

Thanks and take care
