Suggest Treatment For Kidney Infection

Hello I had a quick question. About 2 months ago I was hospitalized with a kidney infection have been released and have been fine since. But the last few days I ve been having pretty bad pain in both of my ovary region. Today the pain is much worse. It hurts so bad that I almost passed out got very light headed. Also I have noticed that my urine is extremely dark color and when urinating earlier I had a terrible shooting pain through my anus I m not sure how to explain it any other way. Do you think I should go to the ER or an Urgent Care care? Or do you have any thoughts on what it may be? I m definitely trying to not get a kidney infection again so I m just trying to play it safe this time. Any information will help thank you for your time
