Suggest Treatment For Keloid On Chest

Hi I am 29yrs old.i have a keloid in my chest.I had undergone the injection treatment.But its not cured.Its keep on itching and sometimes blood is coming out.Can u suggest any treatment to cure keloids.Can u suggest the hospital in Bangalore for the treatment of keloids

True keloid is a rare condition , and the only common site is over the sternum. As far about the treatment . Excision and re-suture are certain to be followed by recurrence and X ray treatment used with success in many patient few years ago.
Improved results have been obtained by shaving away the excess tissue , taking care not to carry the incision into normal tissue at any point 7 then resurfacing the area by a thin skin graft.
Some excellent results have been obtained by the INJECTION of steroid preparation.
So in my opinion consult one more dermatologist and get his opinion for injection preparation .
As far as hospital in Bangalore I don't know.
