Suggest Treatment For Joints And Wrist Pain

I recently started feeling a lot of pain in my joints and wrist. it gets worse every night between 6 - 9 pm. I take 12 hour aleve and in the day and when I sleep it is bearable. At night my wrists swells and the pain gets unbearable. Can t even walk and must go to sleep. I have been tested for lyme disease twice and it has come back negative. What might I be suffering from

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such pain condition could be arthritis condition but proper diagnosis is must till then it can be managed with NSAID (Non steroid Anti-inflammatory Drug) and best drug is Diclofenac 50 mg once in day, steroid is the best drug can be tried if it is the arthritis condition but it need to be given under medical supervision in tapper dosages, hope this information helps.
