Suggest Treatment For Jaw And Ear Pain

I have pain in my right jaw and ear. I thought something was stuck in my tooth, it feels like muscle pain, and it happens when I move. My inner ear hurts when I touch it with my finger. It is only the right side of my head. I feel that the pain is connected.

Hi...
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns...

As per your complain pain in ear and jaw can be related to either tooth related problems or it can be due to infection in ear..
In case if you have a deeply infected tooth it can cause pain in tooth along with radiating pain to jaw and ear and even side of head..
It can also be evident in case of inflamed gum flap over a partially erupted or impacted wisdom tooth..
In case if there is no dental problem then the pain in jaw and ear can be related to middle ear infections..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a clinical evaluation can help in confirming the diagnosis..
In case of infected tooth an x ray can be diagnostic and either root canal treatment of tooth or extraction followed by antibiotics and painkillers will help..
In case of inflamed gum flap of wisdom tooth either removal of gum flap or tooth extraction can help..
In case of ear infections a thorough otoscopic examination followed by antibiotics oral and ear drops, painkillers can help..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
