Suggest Treatment For Jaundice

Hello, my sister s daughter is suffering from physiological jaundice. Her age is 26 days and still hospitalized. Her today s billirubin is 18. Her billirubin level is becoming ups and down. Baby is kept on phototherapy. Mother has Rh-ve and baby is positive grouping. Baby is delivered by C/S and in 36wks of gestation. what should we do to treat her and what is the best treatment for her, is whole blood change is the last treatment
