Suggest Treatment For Itchy Yeast Infection

Hi i had a yeast infection last year it lasted for about 2 months went to the doctor got some meds didnt help until i took a one dose tablet which cleared it up i was good for the rest of the year until now. I went to the bathroom yesterday realized there was a burning feeling my pharmacist gave me nerobactin (not sure if i spelled that right), for three days but by night i felt a really bad itch i went back today he gave me mycosyst because it feels like a yeast infection. I didnt take it yet cause i want to finish out d nerobactin. Also when i got this last year i noticed i got it just before my period and it would last through out my period. My period should come soon. Any connection?. I hope i have provided you with enough information to get some feedback. Thanks alot. Ps. The itching is on d outside and inside and the anus also there is a burning when i am passing urine and i am seeing a whiteish brownish discharge on my liners. Thanks so much again. Sharon

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having yeast infection giving this problem.
During period due to poor local hygiene there might be having secondary bacterial infection producing burning sensation.
continue cream you apply which is for bacterial infection.
Apply mycostat cream as well for yeast infection.
Go for one course of anti-fungal medicine like Flucanozole 150 mg once in a week for 4 weeks.
Keep local hygiene clean, dry and airy.
ok and take care.
