Suggest Treatment For Itchy Welts Around My Breasts

I have had really itchy breaths for about six weeks. Under my breast there are lots of welts red round with like a large white spot in the middle. They are constantly itching and driving me mad and l think there are some in my nipples it s like my breasts have been invaded by something

MOST PROBABLY YOU MAY BE HAVING CANIDAL INTERTRIGO.

Kindly consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis.

I would suggest as below..

- antifungal like ketoconazole or itraconazole
- antihistaminics like levocetirizine
- application of antifungal cream like clotrimazole
- cleansing with diluted dettol liq
- avoidance of soap bath
- rule out immunocompromised condition and DM
