Suggest Treatment For Itchy Vagina With Prolonged Periods

Hii I have never lookwd at my vagina in a mirrow and today I did as I have been on my period for two weeks and my vagina has been itchy and I ve noticed 3big long thick skin type thing hanging out of my vagina I m not sure how long they have been there but I m sure I would have noticed them before todat i have had stinging pain while weeing I m 22 I have two toddlers this really worrying me and making me cringe please help

Vaginal itching may be due to conditions like yeast infection:
Do a vaginal swab to confirm the diagnosis.

As of now, you can use Clotrimazole lotion to cleanse your genitals.

You can use drugs like Tranexamic Acid to control bleeding.
