Hi,

It seems like urticarial wheels caused by insect bite. Antihistamines to reduce the severity of urticarial wheals, topical steroids to reduce itching, antiseptic creams to reduce secondary infection, there are creams that contain steroids, antihistaminic and antiseptic like stiderm gel, twice a day.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ardiana Sinani
