Suggest Treatment For Itchy Red Spots On Right Side Of Buttocks Area
Hi, I am a 20 year old male and I ve noticed a small patch of red spots right above my buttox, they don t itch, burn or hurt in any way. They are flat too, I wouldn t even notice them unless I look at them. There are several small re spots, the whole pat is about the size of the palm of my hand.

thank you for query.It may be due to fungal infection.Please take following precautions.Use loose cotton clothes.Keep area dry.Apply antifungals like terbinafine which is fungicidal.Once subsides use regularly antifungal dusting powders like candid or absorb powder to prevent recurrence.consult doctor if does not subside.You can get back to me for any clarifications with the photos.Dr Bharatesh D Basti Dermatologist and Venereologist
