Suggest Treatment For Itchy Rashes

Please help me I have been fighting this itch for 3 no the now I have a rash with the itches like nothing else in the world it started on and around my elbows it starts as a extreme itch then a welt appears then it turns into a blister and starts oozing. It gets crusty and goes away but then if I get hot boom it happens again I have been prescribed premethrin used it and have currently been prescribed triamcinolone which helps keep the welts from blistering for the most part. I have no insurance and cannot afford to go to a Dr. My last two rounds were the er. A few days ago the rash started spreading to my hands legs and feet. Please help I feel lost and hopeless

hi,
you are suffering from scabies.

very notorious disease not only needs treatment of self but family member and disinfection of cloths.
repeat permethrin 5% cream with proper manner. apply 30mg tube from head to toe, leave it for 8 hr then take bath. before bath wash your used cloths of last three days your beddings, towel etc and dry them in sun.
take single tab ivermectin 12mg stat. from second day apply calamine lotion and continue tab levocetrizine 5mg once daily.
