Suggest Treatment For Itchy Rashes On The Body After A Bee Sting

Stung by a bee a week ago...area stayed red and swollen for several days. The area is purple reddish in color now and looks like it is dispersed and pin point. A week ago was put on an antibiotic. Two days ago complained of headache, vomited, and had fever. Today fever gone but pin point itchy rash appeared all over body. Any thoughts?

Bee sting causes allergic reaction. Allergies occur when your immune system reacts to a foreign body. Foreign body may medicine like pollen, animal dander, dust and bee sting etc. The severity of allergies varies from person to person and can range from minor rash to anaphylaxis.
Advice
1.     Tablet levocetirizine 5 mg – 1 tablet once daily for 5 days
2.     Tablet dexamethasone (Dexona) 0.5 mg – 1 tablet twice daily for 5 days
3.     Do not scratch too much as it will caused skin damage and infection
4.     Apply calamine lotion – three times daily locally
