Suggest Treatment For Itchy Rashes On Skin After Tonsillectomy

My son had a tonsillectomy 1 week ago and has been on antibiotics he sounds really congested in his nose and has a rash all over that is itching. I think the rash may be from permethan cream we used on him last night. I have gave him Benadryl all day today. He is still very fussy and not sleeping well. He is 2. Is this normal?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the given symptoms could be due to allergic condition and it may be due to medicine too, it may not be normal one but it is nothing to worry because it can be well treated it with "Tab Loratadine with Pseudoephedrine" once in day, drink more water, hope this information helps, take care have a nice day.
