Suggest Treatment For Itchy Rash Around Rash On Forearm
Hi, March 20th I got a tattoo on my right forearm. my tattoo has a rash inside and around it. I notice this last week. I use A&D ointment. it's itches as well, so I just applied calamine lotion on it. Is that ok? or what would you recommend I should do? Thank you

red itchy rash in and around tattoo means you are developing foreign body reaction to the tattoo pigments. you need potent topical steroids like betamethasone propionate cream and antihistamines like cetrizine.
i suggest you see your dermatologist and get a prescription for the same.
