Suggest Treatment For Itchy, Large, Dark Bumps On Inner Thighs

I have bumps on my inner thighs some of them used to look like little belly buttons and the others were about the size of a quarter with a lot of redness surrounding it they are very itchy and now the belly button like bumps are gone and they are almost all large. Iv went to urgent care twice and both doctors told me something different but both gave me the same antibiotic pills they only gave me a week supply and it starts to go away but once i run out I either have to go back and spend a lit more money for more medicine or the bumps will get very itchy and bad again. Oh and the center of the bumps are dark and raised. Please help me!!

HI
Well come to HCM
Such lesion could be sebaceous cyst with secondary bacterial infection, to get it confirm you need to have surgical opinion and if this true then this need to be removed, till then you can try just anti-inflammatory drugs, "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day would be nice, take care and have a nice day.
