Suggest Treatment For Itchy Hives Despite Taking Zyrtec
I have had hives on my neck and some itchiness around my eyes for the past two weeks. They are particularly bad on my neck right now. I have taken two doses of Zyrtec and have been applying topical Benadryl cream without much success. I m wondering if there is something else I can take to stop the itchiness and stinging. Also, I wonder if at some point I should go to urgent care for a stronger antihistamine or another drug.

First, we have to find out what is causing the hives and need to avoid those things.
Apply Atarax anti-itch lotion 2 to 3 times per day and Momtas cream two times per day on neck area only for 10 days. Also, take tablet Vozet at night time for 10 days.
After doing all this, if the itching worsens, then visit your physician.
