Suggest Treatment For Itchy Dark Moles On Scrotum

I have recently notices several small very dark moles on my scrotum. I didn t notice them until last Thursday while showering I saw small drops of blood on the bath mat. I m 67 years old. I used to manscape there (when younger) so I know they weren t there 7 years ago. Should I be concerned. Now that I m aware of them I think they itching or at least irritated

hi,
doing manscape of private parts is not uncommon nowadays, but if u have found dark moles on scortum as stated by you and if they bleed to touch,then u need to see general surgeon urgently bcuz by description only any doctor wont be able to diagnose this thing,one must have to see by his naked eye.So better u go to surgeon and he will diagnose it on the spot.dont worry
