Hi, I can understand your concern for severe itchy bumps,which can cause discomfort to you. From your history, I feel that most probably you may be having lichen urticatus..also called papular urticaria. It is considered as hypersensitive reaction to insects..like bed bug,flea,mosquito...etc. you consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis. I would like to recommend following suggestions... - take antihistaminics to relieve itching - take steroids in tappering dose - apply mild steroid cream on lesions - if there is secondary bacterial infection, take a short course of antibiotics - avoid soap bath - take precautions to prevent insects bite Above suggestions may be helpful in managing your condition.
