Suggest Treatment For Itchy Bump On Labia Majora

hi i would like to get your opinion on my condition, i do not have access to a gynecologist ro a doctor i am on a carribean isand. 3 days ago i had a small line of hard bumps on my labia majroa that were itchy and uncomfortable, i had not shaved in 1 week and i left the bumps alone and then they were still quite itchy so i put fucidin cream on them, and oh my god they have gotten bigger, whiter and pus filled and spread from a line to a small cluster on the side of my labia majora. I can send you a picture if youd like. I have my HPV shots and i have only been with 1 person whom i know is clean of herpes. Ive only ever had sex with 3 people and this only happened 3 days ago when i was not having sex i was on my period, i stops today. I am on birth control as well.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely bacterial infection/folliculitis.If you send a picture it will be more helpful to identify.A yeast infection also can co-exist in most of situations. So i usually advise ointments or creams with combination of antibacterial like neomycin antifungal like clotrimazole and corticosteroid betamethasone.Betadine application also will be helpful.Oral antibiotic therapy will be needed if not improving or the infection is severe. You can use saline or warm water to clean the area.Better to avoid soap as it may increase the irritation.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
Thanks
