Suggest Treatment For Itchy And White Vaginal Discharge

My girl friend is complaining to me about having a discharge that looks milkish and mixed with blood and it keeps itching her.she think it s her period coming because we just had a baby and its more than a year since shelast saw it.please what do you think the problem is cos i feel fine and not infected with anything and can ampiclox do the job of curing her?

I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely yeast infection.If there is a foul smelling like fishy odour then bacterial vaginosis also can be suspected.It is better to have a pelvic examination by a gynecolgist and a swab to rule out this.For yeast infection in my patients i advise clotrimazole cream or suppository for local application.But if bacterial vaginosis coexist then a combine metronidazole suppository along with this.Ampiclox can worsen yeast infection so better to avoid it.Hope this may help you.
