Suggest Treatment For Itchy And Inflamed Penis Shaft

Hello, I ejaculate quite frequent and engage in sexual activity quite often. My girlfriend isn't known to have an std, and her and I had sex with a condom for about 2 hours in duration. The next day I then ejaculated. And day after I had an unusual itch, and a discharge the other day after using cream to treat candidas as so I thought. now this week (7 days) later I have one part of skin on my shaft that just remains very itchy, near the meatus. My meatus seems to look inflamed, and when I pee I get a minor burn, but when I drink lots of water it seems to wear it down. I have an orgasm and It comes out very hot. I don't know if this is normal also My inner near my bum hole is very itchy, and I find everything to have an intense itch especially that one part of skin, on my penis.I am 18 years old, and I engaged in the sexual activity awhile my girlfriend was on her period, my condom broke but I changed it, it seemed quite vigorous and rough, and wasn't for my liking. Thank you.

Hello,
welcome to HCM,
Having sex during the periods is definitely an unhealthy practice and during this period chances of transmission of STIs will be more.
Your symptoms are suggesting me that you may be having a fungal infection. The yeasts are the normal comensals of the genital tract and it will under control by other good bacteria.
Whenever there is a favorable environment these fungus will get activated and produces their symptoms.
The symptoms will come down after initiating treatment but symptoms will take few days to come down.
If your symptoms are not improving I would suggest you to consult the urologist for further management.
Thank You.
