I had thrush and treated it successfully with medication, whilst having the thrush the itchiness was very intense. I have scratched badly and now have swollen and raw tender inside and outside labia. Have been having salt baths and alternating between sudacreme and lanacane . Three weeks on and am sting in a lot of pain irritation not settling and the pubic hair feels like needles spiking me constantly. Itchiness is sporadic and much worse at night am showering 3 times a day for relief and wearing loose clothing. What can I do to ease the pain and rawness? Am also insulin dependent type 2 diabetic.
