Suggest Treatment For Itching Testicle And Swelling Near Anus
dear doctor,the skin on my testicles itches and there happens to be a swelling that keeps changing from various parts in between my testicles and the Anus, i noticed sometimes there is some wet substance around the swelling and i have also lost some hair around those areas,Help me because i dont sleep..

it is best if you consult with a general surgeon and have your perineum physically examined. based from your description, there could be a perianal lesion causing the discharge. this could be a fistula-in-ano or an abscess. a consult will be of help. antibiotics will be prescribed accordingly and diagnostics (such as proctoscopy) and surgical treatment will be done if indications are found.
