General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that itching might be due to something bite and due to doing extreme itching there might be having soreness and irritation giving rise discomfort while walking or friction with inner wear.
Take Benadryl or cetrizine for a day or two.
Apply caladryl lotion or vaseline locally.
Ok and take care.
