Hello,

Thank you for posting on HCM.

You might have got acute sun burns from excessive sun exposure.
Nothing to worry as its very easy to treat.
Apply a soothing calamine and liquid paraffin lotion mixed with a mild steroid like fluticasone twice a day over the affected areas.
Oral antihistaminics will help in relieving itching and discomfort.
Cold sponging will also hel additionally.
Apply broad spectrum high SPF sunscreen every time before going out in sun.
Hope this will take care of your problem
