Suggest Treatment For Itching On Body

I am getting itch on my skin. First I doubt that those are due to bedbugs. I can see many areas like hands, upper portions of ears started itching always. I am not sure why i am getting this. I can see a spot first and then it starts itching always. i am not getting proper sleep because of this. please advice.

as per history given by you, first diffrential diagnosis is scabies. u should get treated by dermatologist. you can take Antihistminics for itching, anti scabetic like topical permethrin to be applied all over body, at night time, overnight. all the family member should treated. other differential diagnosis is chronic idiopathic urticaria, for this u should done with blood investigations like cbc, lft, thyroid function, urine routine etc
