Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history of recurrent boils, my treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for pain. You need an oral antibiotic course of levofloxacin or rifampicin for preventing recurrence.
4. The scars will heal on its own. Only way to get it removed is by laser resurfacing done by a dermatologist.

Thanks.
Dr. Harshit bhachech.
