Suggest Treatment For Itching And Pain In The Rectum

After experiencing itching and then slight pain on my rectum I realized I have a hemorrhoid. A few days later it seemed slightly better until I used the bathroom and urine made contact. It burnt like it was a cut. It is visibly minuscule so I could not see any open areas. Because of this reaction with my pee could it be possible that it is not a hemorrhoid? No sexual act or std to worry about so I am confused.

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Hemorrhoids are usually painless.
So possibility of anal fissure is more in your case.
Fissures are painful when they are in contact with acidic urine.
So better to consult surgeon and get done clinical examination of anal canal.
You should avoid hot and spicy food. Avoid junk food. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep your self hydrated. Avoid constipation. Local anesthetic ointment is also beneficial.
Don't worry, you will be alright but first get done clinical examination by surgeon.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
