Suggest Treatment For Itching And Pain In My Back Covered With Moles

I ve got a dull pain and itch on my back. I have some moles back there but I just had a dermatology checkup in September. My g/f thinks it s dry skin and back pain from bad posture. I m 33 male and very tall so possibly. But I am worried about skin cancer. So my question is, does a dull pain and itchiness accompany melanoma?

Hi,

It seems that you suffer from androgenetic alopecia.

It is a hereditary hair fall disease with hormonal influence.

Minoxidil 10% solution is effective, which you are using. My recommendation is that it should be used continuously for long time ...few years. You can take oral treatment like Tab finasteride 1mg daily for few years to enhance the good result.. Also you can take hair growing vitamin .. Tab biotin 10 mg daily for long time.

Hope this helps.
