Suggest Treatment For Itching And Burning Sensation In Rectum

My rectum becomes uncomfortable and there is sometimes blood on the toilet paper. There is a slight burning sensation and small amounts of blood mixed with sweat on my briefs after a fast walk. There is no swelling but often my rectum itches and becomes uncomfortable. What can I do to stop this?l
