Hello Doctor,
From few years I am feeling that there is something wrong with my anal, as I have to push really hard for my motions and now a days it has become really harder and at times i see some blood coming out. I also find lots of itching at the boundry and near by area of anal. Kindly suggest what is the disease I am suffering from and whom I should consult for this?

Constipation can cause anal fissures.. get surgery consultation. you can use stool softener as well. causes of constipation need evaluation.
