Suggest treatment for irritable bowel syndrome

A few years ago my doctor diagnosed me with ibs. Over the passed few months maybe longer I ve been getting worsened abdominal pain where I haven t been able to stand at times. My back pain has also worsened. I ve noticed changes in bowel and bladder habits. My urine is most of the time clear or pale green and I don t drink alot of water. I feel so tired all the time no matter how much sleep I ve had. My muscles ache very easily and I bruise like a peach. Also I ve noticed decreased sex drive and some pain during intercouse. I hope you can give some insight for me

Respected user, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly.
* All symptoms narrated don`t fit in the typical picture of exclusive IBS,
rather there is definite underlying pathological process / inflammatory
process going on inside the body which needs proper clinical evaluation
along with mandatory tests as per consultant`s decision.
* So get an appointment with doctor & solve the issue.
* Till then drink plenty of liquids to maintain your hydration.
* Avoid oily / spicy / nonveg stuffs.
* Antacid tablets with antacid syrups do help to some extent.
Hope this clears your doubts .
