Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

As per your history and symptoms of frequent loose stools, you might be having irritable bowel syndrome and the causes could be infection or stress or bacterial overgrowth in intestine.

You will require routine blood counts with ESR with stool examination (for routine micro, ova and cyst) with abdominal ultrasound if required to detect the underlying cause.

There is no definitive treatment unless the actual is found out.

You may require antibiotics,anti-inflammatory, antispasmodics from which anti-inflammatory like ibuprofen (brand name motrin) and antispasmodics like mebeverine (brand name colospa 200 mg) are available over the counter. You can take them for symptomatic relief.

You can go to nearby pharmacy where it will be easily available.

You should also change the dietary habits like increase in high fiber diet, restore use of carbohydrates.

Consult gastro physician for further treatment if your problem persists.

Regards,
