Suggest Treatment For Irritable Bowel Disease

Hi I am a 19 year old female. Appx 5 ft 7 and 125 llbs. I have been suffering from ongoin health issues, being without insurance I can't receive proper health care. I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, irritable bowel disease, ovarian cysts, and endometriosis. I've been in non stop chronic pain for 12 days now. It began with the onset of my period and hasn't ended. 2 weeks prior I was in the ER with extreme dibilitating stomache pain along with flu like symptoms. When my period began I suffered 7 days of extreme abdominal pain. Now my stomache continues to hurt. But not my ovaries. Its a bloating stabbing pressure. I have had 3 days of severe pain in my right shoulder and right side of my abdomin by my waist that hurts so bad its hindered my breathing. Last night the pain in my stomach and chest was unbearable. I took pain pills and antiacids and was able to sleep by the pain keeps returning. I have no energy, no appetite, no strength, and I'm constantly miserable. But I'm so young and I stay active and eat very healthy I don't understand :(
