Hello doctor my period was irregular.it was 35 to 40 days.before marriage my period is some times late by one week.but after marriage every month is delay by 10 days.iam trying to get pregnant and consult a gynecologist she prescribed to me m2 tone syrup and folinext tablets for three months .but no use..i have no thyroid and my weight is 49 my age is 24 .please what is the solution

hellow!from d scenario ur newly married anxious to get pregnant. menstrual cycle 23 to 43 days cycle normal. u don't have thyroid issue. up-to 1 ur of post marital life it doesn't matter. after completing of 1 year u should do total analysis for both of u and ur husband. d most fertile period is during ovulation for eggs if 28 days cycle 11th to 19 the day. for ovulation detection u may notice slippery clear vaginal discharge. during this period intercourse ll make u pregnant.
