General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

As a physician I would like to tell you that it is not possible to ovulate only and to not have periods. It is particularly difficult to get pregnant while suffering from PCOD. Thus, your doctor given you Siphene to induce ovulation and to increase your chances of getting pregnant. Thus, I would suggest that you should visit your Obgy doctor again and then try getting pregnant by tracking your ovulation once again.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Abhijeet
