Hello dear
Understand your concern
I am very sad to listen about your problem. Consult the best gynecologist and go for following investigations like reproductive hormone analysis, USG scaan and
ovarian follicle study.
You have to take all these medicine for continuously for at least 6 months to regulaise the period as course of disease is very predictive and very complex disease.
Doctor will give following advice:
Either
regestrone should be taken on second half of the tablet or alos you can start the oral
contraceptive pill to regularize the period.
Metformin: to regularise the glucose hoemostasis and induction of ovulation
Spironolactone and flutamide: have diuretic action and also induce ovulattion
Clomiphene citrate for 5-6 day in stsrting days every cycle that alos help on induce the abortion
FSH analogue can be given to maintain fertility.
If all these medicine will not work after taking for 6-8 months then last option is ovarian drelling surgery and IVF can be done for fertility problem.
Do regular exercise and yoga and reduce your weight by 10-12 percent.
Avoid excessive sweets and yogurts, avoid oily and spicy foods,
drink plenty of waters and take small frequent meal.
Hope this may help you
