Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods And Abdominal Bloating

I have very very irregular periods. For the past year I have to wear a pad because I have regular, heavy or light periods everyday. My Dr said it might be cysts in my ovaries. I have a gyno appointment in 1 week. I had unprotected sex while on my period a week from today, and he came in me. Today my period stopped completely to where I m lightly spotting or blood when I wipe. I feel gassy and extra bloated. Could I be pregnant?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your complain you have problem of abdominal bloating and more bleeding that may be because of ovarian cyst or fibroid problem or other reasons. Do a ultrasonography for further diagnosis. Any lesion is inside than it can detected by sonography.

Consult a gynecologist for further diagnosis as soon as possible. If bleeding does not stop then tranexemic can use under doctor's suggestion. More blood loss will cause weakness in your body. Check your hemoglobin level also. If hb is lower than normal level than start oral iron tablet under doctor's suggestion.
