Suggest Treatment For Irregular Period And Pain And Blood While Passing Urine
hi...doc hp u ll fn.i have a problem of irregul periods since last 7 months.i also fel extreme pain during using washroom for big urine and also it bleed nt in small urine .just in big urine,i cant even sit on toilet seat due to pain kindly suggest me some treatment and also tell me the cause of this pain and bleed in big urine

what I can understand from your question is that you're suffering from pain and bleeding during defecation as well as haematuria that is bleeding with urine.over and above this you have menorrhagia i.e irregular periods.There couldn't be a single cause for your three problems.Most probably your suffering from three different diseases.Anal fissure may be responsible for pain during defecation and bleeding.urinary track infection or stone in urinary tract could be a reason for haematuria and finally a uterine fibroid or hormonal imbalance could be a cause for menorrhagia.You need through physical examination along with complete investigation to clinch the diagnosis.consultation with a doctor is recommended for your.
