General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Because you are having abrupt bleeding problems but all the examinations come out normal, you may try oral combined contraception pills for 3 months to help the periods become regular.

If the bleeding continues to be irregular you may need to have a curettage of the endometrial wall and biopsy to rule out important conditions.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj, General & Family Physician
