Suggest Treatment For Irregular Heart Rate

Four years ago, age 14, I began feeling: two quick heartbeats followed by a longer than usual gap before the next beat. This occurred not long after I had a series of panic attacks (long story). Since then they have been infrequent, a handful of times per year. They are painless and there is no dizziness. There is also no dizziness or pain when I exercise, when my heart is racing. Every for the past week, however, I have been feeling these flutters. Up to approx. 5-10 a day. Again, no pain. But I am worried. I am an 18 year old, relatively healthy female. I am overweight, but I have lost nearly two stone this year, and I have recently began exercising.
