I feel out of sorts. My chest feels heavy, My heart beat seems to be missing beats regularly. I am feeling very fatiqued, my body always feels shaky and I feel like I can never get enough air into my lungs. I have been feeling like this for the last couple of months.

You mkay be having arrhythmia.

Consult a cardiologist and get evaluated. You have to take serial EKG and echo to rule out structural defects.
