Suggest Treatment For Irregular Bowel Movements And Gas

Im a 32 year old male and about a year ago my bowl movements totally changed I was very regular for the first 31 years of my life and one day out the blue that changed. Now when I go my stool are very small and skinny and they sink to the very bottom of the toilet. Then at times I can eat up to seven or eight meals before I go again. I feel bloated and have lots of gas but not alot of bowl movements. And yes I drink water more than any other beverage and I eat a salad or heafty green vegitabale with dinner and lunch. I went to my primary care Doctor and they took a Ex ray and sure enough I was extremly constipated but she only said keep eating vegitables what should I do Im miserable.

Your query being appreciated, it does not seems to be anything wrong and it may not be the ill condition but it could be due to the dyspepsia, or it may be acid peptic disease I would suggest to take care in diet, avoid taking heavy meal, spicy meal, fat contained meal, condition can be managed on tentative basis with Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days hope this information helps.
