Suggest treatment for invasive lobular carcinoma

IS CHEMO BENEFICIAL?

INVASIVE LOBULAR CARCINOMA

5 CM TUMOUR

4 SENTINEL NODE BIOPSIES - NEGATIVE

GRADE 2

Estrogen/Progesteron Positive

HER negative

UNILATERAL MASTECTOMY AND DIEP RECONSTRUCTION

I saw the oncologist and he recommended FEC chemotherapy.

However I am not convinced of the benefits for node negative, grade 2 ILC after mastectomy.

I am 60 years old and had surgery 3 weeks ago.

Do you know of the specific benefits in my case?
