Suggest Treatment For Intrusive Negative Thoughts, Lack Of Respect And Mood Instability
I know a person with full of negative thoughts. If we do even good to him he will think negatively. he doesn t have any control on him. He changed a lot. he didn t listen to others. He didn t respect anyone. now his age is around 60. his mind is not stable.. At past, he is not like that. He didn t like to visit hospital. How to bring change in him. Any suggestions,? Please, help me
Hi. Sorry to hear about the problem. Although multiple detailed interviews and mental state examinations may be needed to reach to a conclusive diagnosis. But seeing upon your description , it seems that the person is having some sort of psychiatric problem. So my advice at the moment would be to be empathic and kind to the person. Try to listen him. Try to understand the basis behind his awkward behaviour. Try to reduce the stressor for him. And lastly Try to convince him to seek a psychiatric consultation but in a kind and empathatic way. I hope these lines might help you. Wishing you and your loved ones the best of health. Regards.
