Hi,

From the query, your mother is on Doran O which contains ondansetron and omeprazole. Ondansetron is an anti-emetic drug helps to prevent vomiting and reflux. Omeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor helps to decrease acidity by decreasing acid secretion. Levomac contains levofloxacin which is an antibiotics acts on the bacterial infections. Darolac capsules normalizes the intestinal flora which acts as commensal which means life of that organisms in our gut helps humans. Digeplex contains digestive enzymes which improves the digestion of the food particles. Lactihep syrup prevents constipation.

Akurit is the drug combination containing Isoniazid and Rifampicin, antibiotics prescribed to treat Tuberculosis infection. Mycobacterium tuberculosis is a bacteria commonly affects the lungs also affects other sites in some individual. Intestines also involved in some individuals called as gastrointestinal tubercuosis or extrapulmonary tuberculosis.Gastrointestinal tuberculosis needs at least 6 months of treatment which may be extended based on the response.
