hello there, first of all I would like to inform you that risperidone is not usually given for sleep. It has other indications. So if you are taking this medicine for sleep, it wont help you much. Second thing is if you are taking risperidone for depression and anxiety also, it wont help, Risperidone is antipsychotic drug which helps in psychosis. So first I will suggest you to confirm with your psychiatrist why this medicine has been given to you. As far as your sleep is concerned, you are not getting help from lorazepam. I suggest you to take long acting drug like clonazepam . You can start with clonazepam 0.5mg at night, you can go maximum upto 2mg. However start this only after consulting your treating doctor and stop if you get excessive sedation. All the best.
You need to treat the cause, treat your depression first, you should change your psychiatrist if he has prescribed respeto done for depression,s.s.r.i's are the drug of choice, you can try librium if all else fails
